- 30+ years of coaching experience at the youth, high school, club, and collegiate levels.
- Video Coordinator for the University of Hawaiʻi women’s volleyball program and former assistant coach for the Rainbow Warriors men’s volleyball team.
- Member of the University of Hawaiʻi coaching staffs that reached four NCAA Final Fours.
- Founder and Director of IMPACT Hawaiʻi Volleyball Club, developing numerous NCAA Division I athletes.
- USA Volleyball Aloha Region High Performance project coordinator and coach since 2002.
- Extensive coaching experience with Hawaiʻi high schools, including ʻIolani, Maryknoll, Kaimuki, Kalani, and Saint Louis.
